Sugar and Flour Bags
Like most other square bottom bags, leakage is not an option. Finpak understands the importance of that so our "Sugar and Flour Bags" are made with extra care so as to ensure your product stays in the bag, not on the store shelves. The bag construction consists of two plies. The outer ply is a heavy white MF for Sugar or Clay Coated for Flour while the inner ply is a strong Brown Kraft that helps prevent sidewall breakage. Another measure taken to help prevent leakage is to compress the bags at high pressure in a bundling press. This ensures proper bottom paste adhesion and helps keep the product neat and uniform when being packed, which is critical for automatic feeders on filling lines.
